Sample Animated Graphics

Animated Graphics have historically been GIF formatted files.  There is a process underway to convert to the PNG file format.  The conversion to PNG will take time to allow more browsers to interpret and display PNG correctly.

Page Load Animated Events
A page can have animated events occur upon Page Load.  These are not transitions.  These particular page load events use Dynamic HTML v.4.0. and JavaScript which requires that the browser be able to interpret and display the events.
