by El Valle. |

| 4. |
El Valle agrees that work performed for you is
confidential and will not be disclosed to others unless
required to do so by legal authority. |

| 5. |
El Valle is not liable for copyright or trademark
infringement as a result of work performed in the development
of a Domain Name for your use. |

|
| 6. |
You agree that you have read and understand the
complete Agreement prior to requesting El Valle to perform
work on your behalf in the development of your Domain Name. |
