The fee for most registration companies is $70 for two years.
Then it is $35 for each year after the initial two years.
NOTE: Costs are declining. New costs may be as low as $10
per year.
First: We'll execute an agreement with you guaranteeing
that your registered Domain Name belongs to you.
Second: We work with you to determine the BEST probable Domain Name
for purposes of obtaining higher rankings with search engines.
Third: To provide you privacy, we do the registration for you
using the El Valle Consulting name as the Domain Name Administrator
(but not the owner).
Fourth: We'll let you know in plenty of time about the
renewal cost and renewal timing for your Domain Name.
Our cost for obtaining a Domain Name for you is as follows:
1. Basic $70 for two years
2. Renewal fee of $35 for each year after the first two
years
3. Maintenance cost of $40 per year
4. Our time at $50 per hour to help you choose a Domain
Name,
but only if requested by you
The $40 Maintenance annual fee is because we maintain a database of
Domain Names for which we are responsible and for which we undertake
the responsibility of maintenance with the Internet registration
authorities. Plus, we get all of the junk
mail and have to pay the trash hauler (and
you don't).
If you request our help in determining a Domain Name, the $50 per
hour fee is because we spend time on your behalf developing the name. If
you have already chosen your Domain Name then this cost is not incurred. This service is agreed
to and paid for separately from your Domain Name registration.
