- El Valle Consulting, LLC. (EVC) agrees to act as your Web Host.
- You agree to pay EVC for being your Web Host.
- EVC agrees to provide you with your choice of the number of bytes of disk space
for your web site.
- EVC agrees to increase your disk space allotment and/or add additional features
when you request the additional disk space or additional features.
- EVC agrees that information about you or your organization will not be
disclosed to others unless required to do so by legal authority.
- EVC is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement in the use of your
Domain Name.
- You agree not to post abusive, illegal and other bad stuff. If you do, then
we'll un-plug your web site.
- You can terminate the Agreement at any time with 30 days notice.
- You agree that you have read and understand the complete Hosting Agreement prior to
requesting EVC to become your Web Host.
