to act as the Internet Administrator. |

You agree to pay El Valle for the registration. |

El Valle agrees that you own the Domain Name. |

| 4. |
El Valle agrees that upon your request the
Administration authority for registered information will
be transferred to you. |

|
| 5. |
El Valle agrees that your registrant information
will not be disclosed to others unless required to do so by
legal authority. |

|
| 6. |
You can terminate the Agreement at any time. |
|
|
| 7. |
El Valle is not liable for copyright or trademark
infringement in the use of your Domain Name. |
|
|
| 8. |
You agree that you have read and understand the
complete Agreement prior to requesting El Valle to register
your Domain Name. |
